GIRLS RUGBY REFUND POLICY
Girls Rugby offers a refund for families who decide they no longer want to participate in the upcoming program or activity for which they are registered and fully paid. All refunds are provided less than the administrative fees incurred by Girls Rugby. These fees include a 4% credit card processing fee on the total amount paid and a $3.00 system registration fee. Refunds will be provided back to the original form of payment or coordinated otherwise via check or Venmo. If a donation was included in the total amount paid, this donation amount will be exempt from any refunds.
If Girls Rugby has already mailed the player’s uniform before a refund request is received, the family has two options for a refund:
Retain the uniform and receive a refund less the total amount of the uniform cost, shipping, and administrative fees.
Return the uniform to the National Office and receive a full refund less administrative fees once the uniform has been received.
Applying a credit for a Girls Rugby program or activity is possible if a family is no longer able to participate but would like to participate in a future program or activity. In order to apply a credit to a future experience, the player must not have participated in any part of the Girls Rugby program. Participating in the program, inclusive of one practice, will make the possibility of a future credit void.

Prorated Refund Considerations
If a family decides that they would no longer like to participate after a program or activity has already started, Girls Rugby will honor a prorated refund for the remainder of the season. A prorated refund will take into consideration the cost of the uniform, administrative fees, and the number of sessions remaining to calculate the refund total.
